Beauty is not found just in the sunny trees of spring. It also lives between the heartbreaks and what you decide to do when nothing is working out. When you have to stop and everything that you love just shuts up. What do you do when you cannot shout out and your voice has broken out? You do the only right thing that will comfort your heart. You walk slowly. If you cannot walk then crawl towards the opening.
Do not let life’s pain paths lead the way. You are not the hurt. These moments are mere impressions leveling out patterns to figure out. Life is not defined but what happens, but rather what you do in response? Do you hide in shame for the loss? Or do you find the resilence that discovery lends?
Know that on the other side of the struggle is growth. But that promise is only the reaction to your cap being put on. Thinking and working towards the best possible outcome. Then let it fly like a dove to the sky. Hope is the driving desire to let the heart wander. Cycle out of your spiral and warm the disappointments with love. You can comfort the child of self.
You can breathe life. Grab that needle and thread and sew a new possibility. It does not need to be perfect, it just has to be for the reasons that make you always try. Try, try, try until trying is doing. Doing the thing that knows your worth. That will never let you go because love is always standing by to take your hand.
Be kind in these moments, when you see your turn stand up and fight back for truth. The spirit of good rises with ease. Form a garden that is always blooming. Do not let fear scare you back into hiding. You are the blessing you choose to become.

- Do not be afraid to change course

- Be glad and thankful for that which hurt you, send the situation gratitude for the change it has forced in your course.
Note: Upsets can derail progress and emotional harmony. This is a diligent effort to find a way to react that makes the heart feel good. Dwelling and ruminating will not solve and fix that state, accepting, and experiencing the emotion is essential. Then move along and let it go.
