Emotional Debris

I was rather surprised at a feeling of despair that took over me, usually coming in waves unseen. I went to grab my headset to flush the emotion away, but I stopped myself and said ‘Stace whatever you are feeling right now you have to deal with it’.

I went for a walk and eventually the wave disappeared onto the shore. I thought that by realising your dreams that all would end with sunshine and smiles, but that is a myth. We must deal with ourselves regardless.

Most days are gorgeous and full of excitement, but there are others that appear and blow like a fiery storm. The clouds will clear but the key is not to get swept away with the debris of emotion.
