Choose Love

While walking home from Starbucks last night, I had reached an ultimate low. Self doubt, uncertainty and fear had chiseled their way into my heart and mind.

I woke this morning with a heaviness when I decided enough is enough. If I can change my life and go for my dreams then I can also change the way I feel. After drafting a handful of messages of love to those close to me, I heard a rattling in the street.

A black and white dog had broken free from being chained to a wall. He ran through the streets excited and free. My heart rejoiced as I felt the chains of negativity releasing their hold. We must chose to send love each and every minute of our days it is the antedote to misery.
