Open Wounds

‘Geez what’s up with you man’ my sister inquires as we drive to our local superstore. ‘I am just going through something at the moment. Instead of pushing it to the back of my mind I am forcing myself to come face to face with it.’

‘I’m just glad I don’t have kids so I have the time to work through these things before having a family. These are the growing pains of evolving into the person I want to become’.
Presently letting go of detrimental patterns of behaviour that no longer serve me. Some people go through their entire lives pushing such things to the back of their minds only to reopen the scabs and never allowing the healing to begin.
