The irony in life is that we all know what is good for us. It’s just there are many more times that we choose to do the things that take away from our well being then add to it.
The essentials to making your dreams a reality is not the pursuit of the dream itself but the daily challenge toward individual balance.
For me that entails fitness, nutrition, time with the self, yoga and a strong determined mind.
With this formula solidly in place the world is whatever you want it to be. Dreams can only come true if you are in a place to stand up to the challenge!
